On February 13th, at the Annual Legislative Brunch in Sacramento, I was one of the Black Owned Small Business Awardees for Black History Month. I was elected by Assembly Member Lori D. Wilson, Chair of the California Legislative Black Caucus. I was selected for my commitment to education and for providing great service and professionalism to the community and State of California. What an honor that my business, Ashay By The Bay was recognized by both the California Black Chamber of Commerce and the California Legislative Black Caucus. Thank you everyone!
