Fundraiser Update:

In May 2020 I launched the BOOKS FOR KIDS AND FAMILIES IN NEED fundraiser on Go Fund Me.  This was in response to the COVID Pandemic and the demand for Virtual Learning that is now the new normal.  My focus in on low income children of color in the Bay Area, primarily African American families who have been marginalized in the education system.  This Fundraiser gives Ashay By The Bay GIft cards to be used to purchase books for their children.

So far we have raised over $26,000 and we have been able to provide books for many Bay Area youth Organizations.  We will continue our fundraiser until we reach our goal of $75,000.
