Shipping

Currently we are only shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you select. Please also note that the shipping rates for your products are weight based and are rounded up to the next full pound.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
The only non-returnable items purchased from Ashay by the Bay are Gift Cards. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is also non-returnable. Shipping costs on customer returns or refunds are your responsibility and are non-refundable.  When returning any items please use a shipper that includes a tracking label and insurance if needed.   If you receive the wrong item and it is our mistake we will correct the error and replace the incorrect item or order.  In this case, we will email a Return Shipping Label for you to return the product. Your reimbursement will take about 7 days.

Refunds
 
Once your return is received and approved we will send you an email to notify you.  At that time your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
