Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you ha refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The only non-returnable items purchased from Ashay by the Bay are Gift Cards. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is also non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs on customer returns or refunds are your responsibility and are non-refundable. When returning any items please use a shipper that includes a tracking label and insurance if needed. If you receive the wrong item and it is our mistake we will correct the error and replace the incorrect item or order. In this case, we will email a Return Shipping Label for you to return the product.
